Landless person or owner of a residential plot up to ten marla.<br \/>\n2. Genuine permanent resident of the same revenue estate where such state land is located.<br \/>\n3. A family will be eligible for one lot, beneficiaries of any government allotment or lease scheme will not be eligible.<br \/>\n4.
