Ulema are selfless ideological protectors of Pakistan, but there is no provision for their protection. Maulana Idrees Shaheed always spoke of peace, unfortunately, today he himself has become a victim of unrest. Maulana Idrees was a high-ranking scholar, a articulate preacher and a thoughtful politician.<\/p>\n<p>Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Maulana Shaheed spent his entire life in the propagation and service of religion. He had a long-standing relationship of trust, compassion and friendship with Maulana Shaheed over the years. The brutal oppressors deprived us of a sincere friend and loyal leader.<\/p>\n<p>Maulana was a man of opinion and took a position based on evidence in political matters, including religious matters. Every JUI worker, including the Duroodawar of Darul Uloom Haqqania and thousands of students, is saddened.
