GILGIT: The Medical Superintendent of PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit<\/a> has issued a show cause notice to Senior Consultant Cardiology Dr. Muhammad Ijaz Ayub for alleged absence from duty and violation of government orders.<\/p>\n

According to the issued letter, the doctor remained absent from duty without prior notice or approval, despite instructions from the hospital administration and the head of the concerned department to return to duty immediately; this was allegedly not implemented.<\/p>\n
