The star batter experienced discomfort during Thursday’s practice session, which led team management to send him for an MRI scan. Pakistan chose to keep Babar out of the first Test match against Bangladesh after doctors assessed his medical condition.<\/p>\n
Sources further revealed that Babar himself did not request rest from the match. The Pakistan team management decided to rest him because of his injury, while they wanted him available for future matches of the series.<\/p>\n
