The second phase of this program has been launched, under which eligible Bangladeshi students will be admitted to leading universities of Pakistan on a 100 percent scholarship.<\/p>\n<p>Bangladeshi Education Minister Dr. ANM Ehsanul Haq visited the Expo and appreciated this initiative of the Pakistani government and termed it a harbinger of a bright future for both countries.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition is attended by 20 leading universities and higher education institutions of Pakistan, including the University of Lahore, Iqra University, NUML, LUMS, IBA, Bahria University, NUST, COMSATS, NAUTECH, PIAS, GIK, and others.<\/p>\n<p>The Pakistani delegation also provided a detailed briefing to the Bangladeshi students about these scholarships and the vast opportunities for higher education in Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>The Pakistan-Bangladesh Knowledge Corridor was launched by Pakistan\u2019s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar after he visited Bangladesh in August 2025, during which he announced 500 scholarships for Bangladeshi students.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative reflects the shared vision of Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Bangladeshi Prime Minister Tariq Rehman to promote education, youth development, and educational cooperation between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>The event witnessed great interest from students and academic circles, while the initiative was described as a significant step towards promoting educational cooperation between Pakistan and Bangladesh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The second phase of the Lama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships has been launched, under which eligible Bangladeshi students will get admission in Pakistani universities on a 100 percent scholarship.
