PESHAWAR: Strong earthquake tremors were felt in various cities of the country on Monday, causing panic among residents in several areas.<\/p>\n

According to reports, tremors were experienced in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa<\/a>,<\/span><\/span> including Swat and Malakand, prompting people to come out of their homes and buildings in fear.<\/p>\n

The Seismological Center stated that the earthquake measured 4.9 on the Richter scale, while its depth was recorded at 130 kilometers.<\/p>\n

Officials said the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Hindu Kush mountain range.<\/p>\n
