{"id":112946,"date":"2026-05-18T15:58:28","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T10:58:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=112946"},"modified":"2026-05-18T15:58:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T10:58:28","slug":"gold-prices-rise-in-local-market-by-rs-900","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/gold-prices-rise-in-local-market-by-rs-900\/","title":{"rendered":"Gold prices rise in local market by Rs 900"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"194\">KARACHI: Gold prices continued their upward trend in the local market under the influence of increasing rates in the international market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"321\">According to traders, the price of 24-carat <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/gold-rates\/gold-per-tola-gains-rs4500\/\">gold per tola<\/a> increased by Rs900, reaching Rs477,162 in the local bullion market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"391\">Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs772 to Rs409,089.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"514\">The <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association<\/span><\/span> said the price of silver per tola also increased by Rs26, taking it to Rs8,099.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"626\">In the international market, gold prices gained $9 per ounce, after which gold was traded at $4,548 per ounce.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"731\">Meanwhile, the price of 24-carat silver per tola also increased by Rs26 to Rs8,099 in the local market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"970\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The rise in precious metal prices comes as global oil prices have also witnessed another increase. Brent crude oil was being traded at $111 per barrel, while WTI crude reached $107 per barrel.
