CPPPA had demanded an increase of Rs 1.73 per unit in the adjustment of Paril.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, Federal Minister for Energy Owais Leghari admitted that fixed charges in electricity bills have doubled.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Minister for Energy had said that the fixed cost of our bill is the same throughout the year. In the months when we use more units, the fixed cost is less.
