The tremors of the earthquake were felt in nearby areas as well as in many parts of the island, which caused a wave of fear among citizens and people came out of their homes.<\/p>\n<p>According to local authorities, the process of assessing the situation immediately after the earthquake has been started, while rescue and emergency agencies have also been kept on alert.
