RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army has reaffirmed that it will not hesitate to take all necessary steps to ensure the availability of Pakistan\u2019s legitimate share of water, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The 276th Corps Commanders\u2019 Conference, chaired by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, reviewed important issues related to terrorism, regional security and national defense.<\/p>\n

The conference participants offered Fateha to pay homage to the martyrs of the armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and innocent civilians.<\/p>\n

The forum reiterated its resolve that the sacrifices of the martyrs are the foundation of Pakistan\u2019s security, unity and stability.<\/p>\n

Taking note of India\u2019s statements regarding the Indus Waters Treaty, the participants of the conference clarified that the National Security Committee\u2019s directive of April 24, 2025, provides complete guidance in this regard.<\/p>\n

The Corps Commanders said that the Pakistan Armed Forces will not hesitate to take all necessary steps to ensure the availability of Pakistan\u2019s legitimate share of water in accordance with the government\u2019s directives and the aspirations of the Pakistani people.<\/p>\n

The meeting reviewed the current security situation and expressed satisfaction over the operational preparedness, professionalism, and combat capability of the Pakistan Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

CCC Concerned Over Use of Afghan Soil by Indian-Sponsored Terror Groups<\/h2>\n

The Corps Commanders\u2019 Conference expressed serious concerns over the planning and continued use of attacks by Indian-backed terrorist groups on Pakistan from areas controlled by the Afghan Taliban regime.<\/p>\n

The forum said that sustainable peace and stability in the region are conditional on preventing Indian proxies from operating in the territory controlled by the Afghan Taliban.<\/p>\n

The CCC said that it is the responsibility of the self-styled leadership of the Afghan Taliban regime to ensure that the territory under their control is not used for terrorism in Pakistan.<\/p>\n

The forum said that Pakistan has the full right to protect and defend its people against terrorism. And the Pakistani armed forces will continue to conduct intelligence-based operations against terrorism emanating from the territories controlled by the Afghan Taliban under Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq.<\/p>\n

The participants said that it is necessary to provide the best governance system in the areas affected by terrorism. Such a strong administrative structure that is not only focused on public service and welfare but also breaks the nexus of terrorism and crime that thrives under nefarious political patronage.<\/p>\n

The forum said that after the disastrous defeat in the war on terror, the enemy wants to somehow spread unrest with the help of hybrid warfare and false narratives.<\/p>\n

The Corps Commanders said that any such attempt to spread chaos with external assistance will be crushed without any hesitation.<\/p>\n

The conference paid tribute to Pakistan\u2019s constructive role in promoting regional stability and reducing tensions.<\/p>\n

The participants said that peace in the region depends on providing the Kashmiris with their inalienable right to self-determination in accordance with the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.<\/p>\n

Pakistan\u2019s sovereignty and national interests should be protected at all costs, Field Marshal Asim Munir<\/h2>\n

On this occasion, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that all commanders should implement the Multi-Domain Transformation Plan expeditiously in accordance with the changing nature of war.<\/p>\n
