PESHAWAR:\u00a0The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government has approved a 50% increase<\/a> in the conveyance allowance for government employees, providing financial relief to thousands of workers across the province.<\/p>\n

The KP Finance Department has issued an official notification confirming the increase. According to the notification, the revised conveyance allowance will apply to all government employees from Grade 1 to Grade 20 and above, effective July 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

The provincial government described the increase as a financial relief measure, particularly at a time when employees are facing higher living and transportation costs due to inflation.<\/p>\n
