Jennifer Aniston revealed how her intense work out \u201cbroke\u201d her body while dishing on the importance of \u201clow-impact home workout program.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to InStyle, the Friends alum said that she always felt the pressure to do intense workout to stay in shape and ended up injuring herself on numerous occasions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you\u2019re in a mindset of, \u2018I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won\u2019t get a good workout,\u2019 it\u2019s daunting,\u201d Aniston told the publication.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI believed it for so long.
