LAHORE:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), in another U-turn, on Friday will again appoint\u00a0Fayyazul Hassan Chohan as a provincial minister.<\/p>\n Chohan, who was removed as\u00a0Punjab\u2019s information minister in March\u00a0following his outburst against Hindus, will be given the forestry, fisheries and wildlife ministry.<\/p>\n Chohan will\u00a0replace Sibtain Khan, who is currently\u00a0facing an investigation by the National Accountability Bureau.<\/p>\n He\u00a0will take oath as minister Friday evening at Governor House, Punjab.<\/p>\n Punjab Assembly submits resolution against Chohan\u2019s appointment<\/strong><\/p>\n The Punjab Assembly on Friday submitted a resolution against Chohan\u2019s appointment as provincial minister.<\/p>\n The resolution, submitted by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) member Majid Bukhari, called the act \u2018shameful\u2019, since Chohan has displayed religious prejudices and given controversial statements against the four million Hindus in Pakistan.<\/p>\n \u201cDuring his six months as minister, Chohan disrespected journalists, actors and\u00a0politicians. There should be no place in the Punjab Assembly for those who promote religious extremism and use hate speech,\u201d the resolution added.<\/p>\n The former Punjab minister had used\u00a0foul language\u00a0against the Hindu community while criticising\u00a0India.<\/p>\n \u201cYou cow urine-drinking people, listen to\u00a0me\u2026 we are Muslims and we have the flag of Hazrat Ali (RA) and Hazrat Umar (RA)\u2019s bravery.
