GUJRANWALA: Chairman Pakistan People\u2019s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari<\/a> has expressed his unwavering commitment to continue the decades-long struggle for justice for his grandfather, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto during his ddress at a PPP convention in Gujranwala. Grateful for the Supreme Court finally hearing the Zulfikar Bhutto reference after 12 years, Bilawal highlighted the judiciary’s crucial role in correcting historical wrongs.<\/p>\n

Emphasizing the importance of justice, Bilawal proclaimed, “Bhutto’s legacy deserves vindication.” He lauded Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s contributions, including gifting nuclear power to the nation and championing workers’ rights. Bilawal expressed confidence in the judiciary’s ability to deliver justice, stating, “The people have already pronounced their verdict, declaring him innocent.”<\/p>\n

Addressing broader national issues, Bilawal identified poverty, inflation, and unemployment as critical challenges. He attributed economic troubles to the incumbent government’s policies, advocating for a return to Bhutto’s ideology and manifesto for a prosperous and equitable Pakistan.<\/p>\n

In a departure from divisive rhetoric, Bilawal championed unity and inclusivity, stating, “We believe in politics free from hate, division, and backbiting.” Inspired by his mother, Benazir Bhutto, he pledged to prioritize public service over divisive politics, emphasizing the politics of service and unity.<\/p>\n

Acknowledging the economic crisis, Bilawal appealed for collective action, saying, “My hands are tied, but I need your support. Together, we can overcome these challenges.” He outlined the PPP’s history of job creation and youth support, highlighting programs like the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) benefiting underprivileged women.<\/p>\n
