Islamabad High Court (IHC) suspended the winning notification of Islamabad’s all three constituencies i.e. NA-46, NA-47 and NA-48 on Monday.<\/p>\n

Earlier, IHC had suspended the winning notification of Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry from NA-47 (Islamabad II).<\/p>\n

The court has suspended the notification of victory of PML-N candidates Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Anjum Aqeel and independent candidate, later joinded PML-N, Raja Khurram Nawaz.<\/p>\n

PTI-backed independent candidate from NA-47, Shoaib Shaheen had challenged the notification. During the hearing, he argued that 380 Form 45 came to me till 12 o’clock in the night of the election day.<\/p>\n

When I went to the RO’s office, my forms were being deposited in Tariq Fazal Chaudhry’s account and his in my account, he added.<\/p>\n

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition today and suspended ECP’s victory notification of Anjum Aqeel of PML-N from NA-46, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry from NA-47 and independent candidate\u00a0Raja Khurram Shahzad Nawaz from NA-48.<\/p>\n
