The Education Department in Punjab the previous year announced the new school timings for Ramadan for both public and private institutions.<\/p>\n

During the previous Ramzan, all public and private institutions in the province commenced classes Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. The institutions were open on Friday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.<\/p>\n

In contrast, morning classes at double-shift schools commenced at 7:15 am and 12:30 pm, concluding at 12:15 pm and 4:30 pm, correspondingly.<\/p>\n

However, this year authorities are yet to announce new school timing for Ramadan as the holy month is expected to start in Pakistan on March 11 or 12.<\/p>\n

The caretaker government of Punjab has announced\u00a0new school timings<\/a>\u00a0for February 2024 as the conclusion of the severe winter season across Punjab.<\/p>\n

According to the latest update, boys\u2019 schools in Lahore and other cities in Punjab will commence at 8:30 am and end at 2:30 pm. On the other hand, girls\u2019 schools will start their classes from 8:15 am to 2:15 pm.<\/p>\n

The Friday timings for boys\u2019 schools are from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm, whereas girls\u2019 schools conclude at 12 pm. Additionally, the caretaker Punjab government has also made changes in schools operating in double shifts.<\/p>\n

Expected Punjab Ramzan School Timings 2024<\/h1>\n

Given that, similar to previous years, the holy month of Ramzan is anticipated to commence in March, it is expected that all public and private school schedules will be changed. During Ramzan, it is anticipated that colleges will start at 7:30 a.m.<\/p>\n
