The court has ordered continuing trial against all accused in the case including former PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf. Six accused including former prime Makhdoom Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani have been named in the corruption reference.<br \/>\nThe court dismissed the petitions of former secretary Sikandar Hayat and former executive director OGRA Javed Nazir. NAB has also field corruption reference against former chairman OGRA Tauqeer Sadiq.<br \/>\nThe court declared that Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was the chairman of Tauqeer Sadiq appointment committee and Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani was the appointing authority, while Tauqeer Sadiq\u2019s educational qualification and experience was less and his educational documents were also unverified and experience shown by Taquee Sadiqd were proved fake.<br \/>\nThe court in its order said that the accused misused their authority and also failed in fulfilling their responsibilities.
