{"id":2735,"date":"2021-09-25T16:56:32","date_gmt":"2021-09-25T16:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=2735"},"modified":"2021-09-25T16:56:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-25T16:56:32","slug":"deadly-lightning-claims-five-lives-in-sindhs-tharparkar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/weather\/deadly-lightning-claims-five-lives-in-sindhs-tharparkar\/","title":{"rendered":"Deadly lightning claims five lives in Sindh\u2019s Tharparkar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MITHI: At least five people, including women and children, were killed in Sindh\u2019s Tharparkar district after being struck by lightning during thundershowers, media reported on Saturday.<br \/>\nAccording to details, four people were also injured in different incidents of thunderbolts in parts of the Tharparkar region amid rainfall with the thunderstorm.<br \/>\nThe injured and dead bodies were shifted to nearby hospitals, rescue officials said.<br \/>\nMoreover, 80 animals were also reported killed in different areas of Tharparkar district due to unprecedented incidents of lightning bolts.<br \/>\nAn extended monsoon weather spell will bring more rains in Karachi and other parts of Sindh and Balochistan from 28th September.<br \/>\nThe monsoon season in Pakistan usually runs from early July to mid September.
