The microblogging site has remained restricted in Pakistan since February 17.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, Justice Aamer asked, &#8220;Is X closed?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The applicant&#8217;s lawyer informed the IHC CJ that X services have been closed in Pakistan since February 17.
