The chosen tenant will be responsible for transforming the gray structure into a cutting-edge IT park that complies with global norms and industry best practices.<\/p>\n<p>Either as separate organizations or through joint ventures, interested partners are needed to have a respectable and experienced background in the industry. In order to meet the various demands of technology firms and their staff, the proposed IT park would provide a wide range of services, such as shared co-working spaces, incubators for startups, office spaces for SMEs, research centers, auditoriums, recreational areas, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The grey structure will be rented out &#8220;As Is,&#8221; per the leasing regulations, and bidders must offer for the whole 3.3-acre land. The first fifteen-year lease is renewable for an additional five years with mutual consent and CDA&#8217;s Competent Authority approval. The minimum rental payment per month is roughly 16,581,813 rupees.<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties have until April 30, 2024, to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI).
