{"id":3153,"date":"2021-10-09T11:23:56","date_gmt":"2021-10-09T11:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=3153"},"modified":"2021-10-09T11:23:56","modified_gmt":"2021-10-09T11:23:56","slug":"fawad-ch-responds-to-critics-of-govts-anti-corruption-campaign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/fawad-ch-responds-to-critics-of-govts-anti-corruption-campaign\/","title":{"rendered":"Fawad Ch responds to critics of govt&#8217;s anti-corruption campaign"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Responding to critics of the government\u2019s anti-corruption drive, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Saturday shared details of the corruption allegedly committed by President PML-N Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz for laundering money abroad through fake accounts.<br \/>\nThe minister shared the details in a tweet which also included transcript of the case registered by Anti-corruption Circle (FIA), Lahore against Shehbaz Sharif and his son for opening and operating 57 \u2018fictitious\u2019 bank accounts in the name of low-wage employees of Ramzan Sugar Mill (RSML).<br \/>\nFawad said Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza were on bail till October 30 in a money laundering case amounting to Rs25 billion.
