Before applying for a new arms license, you must fulfill the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>Valid CNIC or NICO<\/p>\n<p>Age: 25 years<\/p>\n<p>Not considered inappropriate by local police<\/p>\n<p>Is neither a proscribed person nor a member of any proscribed organization, nor is he suspected of being involved in any anti-state activities.<\/p>\n<p>Not physically, mentally, or psychologically weak to bear arms.<\/p>\n<h2>Procedure for Issuance of an Arms License<\/h2>\n<p>The step-by-step process for obtaining an arms license is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Seek approval from the Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n<p>Issuance of an approval letter<\/p>\n<p>Uploading approval to the NADRA system through an online process by the Ministry of Home Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Biometric of the licensee and issuance of a demand notice (both by NADRA) within the prescribed period.<\/p>\n<p>Purchase of arms from an authorized dealer and their registration on demand notice<\/p>\n<p>Registration of the demand note in the concerned DC office<\/p>\n<p>Submission of a demand note to NADRA for the issue of a license<\/p>\n<h2>Documents required for the issuance of a New Arms License 2024<\/h2>\n<p>Application (handwritten or typed) sent to Section Officer (Arms), M\/O Admission.<\/p>\n<p>Photocopy of CNIC (attested)<\/p>\n<p>Police Clearance Certificate<\/p>\n<p>Affidavit (Attested by the Notary Public)<\/p>\n<p>Filer documents (if any)<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Read more:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/ppsc-2024-latest-fee-structure-for-competitive-exams\/\">PPSC 2024 latest fee structure for competitive exams<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Fee structure for a new arms license 2024<\/h2>\n<p>The New Arm license fee consists of a government fee and a NADRA fee.
