ISLAMABAD: Last Thursday, a Saudi citizen was abducted from Sector F8 of the Margalla police station in the federal capital.<\/p>\n

The police have registered a first investigation report (FIR) under Section 365 of the Pakistan Penal Code on the complaint of an official of the Saudi Arabian embassy in Pakistan.<\/p>\n

Complainant Badr al-Haribi alleged that Abdulwahid Shahid Khan kidnapped Saudi national Hanan Abdullah al-Bashar from the capital.<\/p>\n

He has demanded the police recover the abductee as soon as possible and bring the accused to justice.<\/p>\n

As per media reports, the police confirmed the registration of the FIR and said that the investigation into the matter has started.<\/p>\n
