According to forecasts, temperatures may soar to 39\u00b0C in May 2024 and exceed 40\u00b0C in June 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Currently, the temperature has reached 33\u00b0C in Lahore and other cities and it is likely to increase further in the coming days. The high temperature can lead to heat waves causing heatstroke, and<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">dehydration putting the students&#8217; lives at risk. All schools resumed their educational activities\u00a0on\u00a0August 21.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Punjab Summer Vacations\u00a02024<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This year, summer vacations\u00a0in Punjab are anticipated to\u00a0start on June 7 (Friday) while the schools would reopen on August 19 (Monday).
