The<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has registered the FIR of the incident. Police have said that no one has claimed\u00a0responsibility\u00a0for\u00a0the judge&#8217;s abduction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>READ MORE:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/two-terrorists-killed-in-intelligence-based-operation-in-di-khan\/\">Two terrorists killed in intelligence-based operation in DI Khan<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Taking notice of the matter, KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur issued orders for the safe recovery of Judge Shakirullah Marwat.\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He urged emergency measures for Marwat&#8217;s recovery and said\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">that<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">all available resources should be utilized<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">for the task<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Special committee formed to inquire kidnapping of Session Judge<\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meanwhile, a special committee has\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">been established<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to probe Sessions Judge&#8217;s kidnapping case. The committee includes the officials of CTD, police, and other law enforcement agencies while a separate CTD team is investigating to recover the judge, police officials said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to police officials, search operations and investigations of many suspects\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are going on<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0in different areas of the DI Khan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">On the other hand, security has\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">been tightened<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0at DI Khan and Tank border\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0orders<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0have\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">been issued<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0to prevent any vehicle or person from entering Punjab from Pakhtunkhwa without search.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TANK: A district and sessions judge, Shakirullah Marwat, from Waziristan, was abducted by unidentified armed men from the Tank-Dera Ismail Khan border area, police confirmed on Saturday.
