He\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">said the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0existing permissions for the said purpose\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">would<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0also be\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">canceled<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cToday we are officially launching the service to facilitate the issuance and renewal of learners and\u00a0licenses\u00a0to students of colleges and universities by visiting their educational institutions.
