ISLAMABAD: The federal government on Tuesday slashed the price of petrol by Rs5.45 per litre for the next fortnight.<\/p>\n

According to the issued notification by Finance Division, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the reduction in the prices of petroleum products.<\/p>\n

The price of gasoline was reduced by 5.45 per liter and the price of diesel by 8.42 per liter.<\/p>\n

While the kerosene has been reduced by Rs 8.74 per liter and light diesel by Rs 5.63 per liter.<\/p>\n

The price reduction will be applicable at midnight.<\/p>\n
