The satellite will be carried aboard China\u2019s Chang\u2019E6 spacecraft, scheduled to depart from Hainan, China, at 12:50 PST.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-2\">\n<div id=\"paktoday_main_in_content_lazy\" class=\"lazy-unit av-ads\">\n<p>The Institute of Space Technology (IST) claims that it worked with Pakistan&#8217;s national space agency SUPARCO and China&#8217;s Shanghai University SJTU to design and develop the satellite ICUBE-Q.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WpDd8VFHXf8?si=O4m8OMjRzF7HrR-l\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The lunar surface is imaged by two optical cameras carried by the ICUBE-Q orbiter. Now that qualification and testing have gone well, ICUBE-Q has been successfully integrated into the Chang&#8217;e6 mission. The sixth in China&#8217;s series of lunar exploration missions is called Chang&#8217;e6.<\/p>\n<p>The launch activity will be telecast live on the IST website and social media platforms.
