ISLAMABAD: A picture of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan from Adiala Jail recently took the internet by storm, raising significant questions about how it was leaked.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Khan appeared before the Supreme Court via video link in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments case. The 71-year-old former prime minister, who has been behind bars since his arrest in a graft case, was seen in a leaked photo<\/a> circulating widely online. This image, showing Khan seated in a chair wearing a sky-blue outfit, marked his first public sighting since his detention in the high-security prison.<\/p>\n

Imran Khan\u2019s appearance via video link in the Supreme Court was highly anticipated, as it was expected to be his first public appearance since his arrest from Zaman Park in August last year in the Toshakhana case. Despite reservations expressed by Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar about the Supreme Court’s directives to live stream the proceedings, PTI leaders had been advocating for the resumption of live broadcasts to ensure transparency.<\/p>\n

As the hearing commenced, the leaked picture quickly went viral, capturing the attention of PTI supporters and the general public alike. The image showed Khan seated calmly with his face resting on his hand, exuding a composed demeanor despite his incarceration.
