{"id":38090,"date":"2024-05-31T16:50:28","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T11:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=38090"},"modified":"2024-05-31T16:50:28","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T11:50:28","slug":"cda-decides-to-allot-plots-to-public-in-sector-c-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/islamabad\/cda-decides-to-allot-plots-to-public-in-sector-c-14\/","title":{"rendered":"CDA decides to allot plots to public in Sector C-14"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/islamabad\/cda-revises-building-regulations-amends-rules-for-construction-of-high-rise-buildings\/\">Capital Development Authority<\/a> (CDA) has announced the allocation of residential plots in sector C-14 to the public.<\/p>\n<p>According to the details, the <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">decision was finalized during a meeting chaired by Chairman CDA Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As per Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa&#8217;s directives, <\/span>one kanal plot would be given to the general public through a ballot <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">via a phased balloting system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>CDA had already allotted almost one-fourth of plots to affectees of the sector under the land-sharing formula.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Furthermore, the meeting decided to receive development charges on the allotted plots across C-14 and other sectors. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Notably, the sector positioned along Margalla Avenue in C-14 boasts an exquisite location.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>While chairing a separate meeting, Chairman CDA directed the completion of the remaining development work in Sector I-12 within four months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the allocation of residential plots in sector C-14 to the public.
