We tested both desktop and mobile apps, and the chatbot is working perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier today, some users reported that the website was not accessible, others said they were unable to generate a response. At the time, we tried to access the service on desktop, and the AI \u200b\u200bchatbot wouldn&#8217;t let us enter any prompts and displayed a red text message that said &#8216;Internal Server Error&#8217;. We also tried using the chatbot on the iPhone. However, it showed similar results.<\/p>\n<p>According to Downdetector, a website that tracks the online status of various services, the outage started around 1 pm IST. Even OpenAI&#8217;s status page suggested that ChatGPT is unavailable for some users and that they are currently investigating the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Now, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/technology\/maker-of-chatgpt-openai-intends-to-release-resources-to-combat-misinformation-during-elections\/\">OpenAI<\/a>&#8216;s support page indicates that the company has identified the root cause of the problem and that they are &#8220;continuing to work on a fix for this issue.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>However, the support page indicates that the API is currently working, meaning any third-party services that rely on OpenAI&#8217;s technology are working normally.<\/p>\n<p>Several X users expressed their views on the closure.
