{"id":4060,"date":"2021-11-18T12:34:16","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T12:34:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=4060"},"modified":"2021-11-18T12:34:16","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T12:34:16","slug":"new-crisis-hits-prince-charles-charity-as-future-king-visits-egypt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/showbiz\/new-crisis-hits-prince-charles-charity-as-future-king-visits-egypt\/","title":{"rendered":"New crisis hits Prince Charles charity as future king visits Egypt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON: The Charity Commission has launched an inquiry into allegations that donations intended for\u00a0 Charles\u2019 Prince\u2019s Foundation went instead to a charity focused on the Middle East, and some funds were then subsequently transferred elsewhere, said a senior royal correspondent on<\/p>\n<p>Taking to social media, Richard Palmer added, &#8220;It\u2019s the latest crisis to hit The Prince\u2019s Foundation following a cash-for-honours scandal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It comes days after Michael Fawcett, the right-hand man to Prince Charles for decades, stepped down from his role running one of the British royal&#8217;s main charities, weeks after a newspaper report that said he had offered honours in return for donations.<\/p>\n<p>.
