Later, he attacked her with an axe, injuring her critically.<\/p>\n<p>Hassanabdal police arrested the accused after a medical examination of the victim which confirmed torture and injury.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>In a separate incident in Taxila, a man was shot and injured for <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/shopkeeper-shots-robbers-to-death-in-rawalpindi\/\">resisting a robbery bid<\/a> in the Karamwal area on Wednesday, state-run <em>APP<\/em> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The victim namely, Muhammad Arsalan\u00a0told police that he was going to his house after drawing cash from a local bank located on Museum Road. A robber injured him and snatched cash from him at gunpoint, the police said.<\/p>\n<p>The injured have been shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Taxila.
