The consulate assured that non-EU nationals whose visas have been processed can still collect them.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pre-issued visas may be obtained for non-EU nationals,&#8221; the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>This sudden move has left many Pakistanis uncertain about their travel plans and visa applications.
