{"id":42372,"date":"2024-07-15T13:19:01","date_gmt":"2024-07-15T08:19:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=42372"},"modified":"2024-07-15T13:19:25","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T08:19:25","slug":"peoples-bus-service-suspended-on-these-routes-in-karachi-on-9-10-muharram","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/karachi\/peoples-bus-service-suspended-on-these-routes-in-karachi-on-9-10-muharram\/","title":{"rendered":"Peoples Bus Service suspended on these routes in Karachi on 9, 10 Muharram"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The Peoples Bus Service will suspend its operations on specific routes during <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/mobile-phone-services-to-remain-suspended-during-muharram\/\">9 and 10 Muharram<\/a> in the provincial capital of Sindh.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">As per the announcement, the operations of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/karachi-police-issue-traffic-plan-for-muharram-8-9-and-10-details-inside\/\">Peoples Bus Service<\/a> will be halted across Karachi, while the only route from Malir Halt to Super Highway will be operated during these days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Karachi Traffic Police issued the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sindh-govt-bans-speeches-of-143-ulema-zakireen-during-muharram\/\">traffic plan for Muharram 8, 9, and 10<\/a> which fall on July 15, 16, and 17 (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) to facilitate the smooth movement of the Ashura processions.<\/p>\n<p>As per details, t<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">he central procession of Muharram would be taken out from Nishtar Park which would pass through the designated routes, and conclude at the Hussainia Iranian\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Imambargah.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On Muharram 9 (Tuesday), a procession will be taken out from Martin Road Imambargah, Liaquatabad at 9 am. It will reach Nishtar Park at 12 pm, where a Majlis will be held.<\/p>\n<p>M.A. Jinnah will remain closed from Guru Mandir to Tower. For alternate routes, citizens coming from Nazimabad can reach their destination through\u00a0<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lasbela\u00a0<\/span>Chowk towards Nishtar Road via Garden. Those coming from Liaquatabad via Lisbela Chowk will be diverted\u00a0<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">toward Central Jail from<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0Teen Hatti. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Vehicles<\/span>\u00a0going to PP Chowrangi from Hasan Square should take Kashmir Road to Society Light Signal (Quaidin Highway) and Jail Flyover.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The Peoples Bus Service will suspend its operations on specific routes during 9 and 10 Muharram in the provincial capital of Sindh.
