{"id":43255,"date":"2024-07-29T12:57:57","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T07:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=43255"},"modified":"2024-07-29T13:36:43","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T08:36:43","slug":"summer-vacations-extended-in-islamabad-schools-check-date-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/summer-vacations-extended-in-islamabad-schools-check-date-here\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer vacations extended in Islamabad schools; Check date here"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Due to the ongoing <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/heavy-monsoon-rain-in-islamabad-lahore-brings-relief-from-heat-wave\/\">heat wave<\/a> in most parts of the country, the government is introducing a new schedule for summer vacations in schools.<\/p>\n<p>Following Sindh and Balochistan, the<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/federal-govt-plans-to-establish-pakistan-immigration-passport-and-visa-authority\/\"> Federal Ministry of Education<\/a> has extended the summer vacation for schools and colleges in Islamabad until August 4.<\/p>\n<p>A notification stated, \u201cDue to the severe heat and humidity in the Federal Capital, summer vacation in ICT schools and colleges has been extended to August 4, 2024.\u201d Schools and colleges will resume on August 5.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sindh-govt-extends-summer-vacations-for-schools\/\">Sindh extends summer vacations<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Previously, the Sindh government had extended the summer vacation for all schools until August 14 due to the ongoing weather conditions.<\/p>\n<p>According to the notification, all private and government schools will remain closed till August 14.<\/p>\n<p>Sindh Education Department mentioned extreme heat, a potential heatwave, and the monsoon season as reasons for the extension of summer vacations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Due to the ongoing heat wave in most parts of the country, the government is introducing a new schedule for summer vacations in schools.
