KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan hit a new all-time high, with 24-karat gold<\/a> reaching Rs261,800 per tola after an increase of Rs800. This continues the precious metal’s upward trend, although it remains Rs3,000 below its current market peak.<\/p>\n

The Karachi Sarafa Association<\/a> reported that the price of 24-karat gold also rose by Rs686, setting the new rate at Rs224,451 per 10 grams. Similarly, 22-karat gold saw an increase, now priced at Rs205,747 per 10 grams.<\/p>\n
