ISLAMABAD: In anticipation of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI)<\/a> rally in Islamabad’s Sangjani area, local authorities have enforced strict measures to maintain law and order.<\/p>\n

As of now, all hotels, guesthouses, and restaurants within the Sangjani police station’s<\/a> jurisdiction have been ordered to remain closed until September 9.<\/p>\n

In addition, this directive, issued by police officials, prohibits the provision of accommodation, food, or any other edible items during this period.<\/p>\n

The police spokesperson warned that non-compliance with these orders would result in severe consequences. This move is part of the efforts to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for the rally, which aims to showcase PTI’s political strength.<\/p>\n

Notably, the district administration has granted conditional approval for the rally, stipulating that it must conclude by 7 pm and not disrupt business or public movement.<\/p>\n
