{"id":47861,"date":"2024-09-09T12:23:48","date_gmt":"2024-09-09T07:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=47861"},"modified":"2024-09-09T12:23:48","modified_gmt":"2024-09-09T07:23:48","slug":"anf-recovers-heroin-hidden-in-potatoes-to-be-sent-to-sri-lanka","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/anf-recovers-heroin-hidden-in-potatoes-to-be-sent-to-sri-lanka\/","title":{"rendered":"ANF recovers heroin hidden in potatoes to be sent to Sri Lanka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) busted a huge quantity of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/anf-cracks-down-on-fake-ngo-workers-supplying-drugs-in-universities-of-karachi\/\">heroin<\/a> hidden in potatoes from a shipping container, which was bound to be sent to Colombo, Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/anfs-nationwide-raid-yields-373kg-of-narcotics-worth-rs340m\/\">ANF spokesperson<\/a>, the anti-narcotics force conducted a major operation at the Karachi International Container Terminal and recovered a huge amount of heroin from a container full of potatoes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"nwVKo\">\n<div class=\"loJjTe\">The ANF said that a total of about 5 kg of heroin was skillfully concealed in 122 potatoes, packed in 1,198 bags.
