The initiative provides citizens with access to loans up to Rs 15 lakh through an online portal, aiming to facilitate the construction of 5 lakh homes in five years.<\/p>\n<p>The loan repayment term is set at 7 years, with monthly installments of Rs 14,000. During the launch, Chief Minister Nawaz highlighted Punjab&#8217;s potential as an attractive investment destination for Chinese investors.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, she also expressed her commitment to public service and emphasized the importance of continuous work for national progress.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/cm-maryam-nawaz-launches-apni-chhat-apna-ghar-scheme-in-dg-khan\/\">Eligibility Criteria for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Apni Chhat Apna Ghar\u2019s initiative aims at supporting families with monthly income below Rs50,000, those living in rental properties.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Head of their household in NADRA records.<\/li>\n<li>Reside permanently in Punjab, as indicated on their CNIC.<\/li>\n<li>Own a land plot of up to 5 Marlas in urban areas or up to 10 Marlas in rural areas within Punjab, where they plan to build their house.<\/li>\n<li>Have no serious criminal record.<\/li>\n<li>Have no outstanding debts to banks or financial institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Be registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) with a PMT score of 60 or lower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Punjab government has announced an ambitious plan to construct approximately 100,000 affordable homes, with the initial phase focusing on the construction of 5,760 houses.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative will benefit residents in key cities, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, and Sargodha.
