{"id":49646,"date":"2024-09-24T12:27:52","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T07:27:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=49646"},"modified":"2024-09-24T12:50:53","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T07:50:53","slug":"mdcat-2024-kmu-announces-result-for-kp-medical-colleges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/education\/mdcat-2024-kmu-announces-result-for-kp-medical-colleges\/","title":{"rendered":"KMU announces MDCAT 2024 result; Here&#8217;s how to check result"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR: Khyber Medical University (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/education\/mdcat-2024-results-date-check-latest-update-here\/\">KMU<\/a>), which oversees the examination process in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, officially declared the results of the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/education\/mdcat-2024-check-answer-keys-here-duhs-kmu-szabmu\/\">MDCAT 2024 exam<\/a>, held on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Out of the 42,329 registered candidates, 41,671 participated in the test across the province<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, which was conducted at 13 centers across 8 districts, including six in Peshawar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the KMU, 658 candidates remained absent during the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT).<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-473dfed elementor-widget elementor-widget-theme-post-content\" data-id=\"473dfed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"theme-post-content.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p>Each examination center in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remained under the watch of a Senior Superintendent of Police (SP) and an Assistant Commissioner to ensure smooth proceedings.<\/p>\n<h2>MDCAT 2024 KMU result<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>As per the <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">MDCAT<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> 2024 exam <\/span>result, 21,355 students passed the entrance test for the MBBS programme, while 24,518 candidates were declared eligible for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">KMU spokesperson said that 38 candidates scored more than 190 marks, whereas <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">30% of candidates scored less than 100 marks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Two students, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mahboob Ali and Qaiser Ali, secured the top position with 194 marks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>How to check KP MDCAT result<\/h2>\n<p>Candidates who appeared in the MDCAT test in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) can visit the Khyber Medical University&#8217;s (KMU) official website.<\/p>\n<p>Accessing the result portal, provide your Roll Number and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number to download the result.<\/p>\n<p>KMU result portal: <strong>https:\/\/cat.kmu.edu.pk\/searchresult.php<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PESHAWAR: Khyber Medical University (KMU), which oversees the examination process in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, officially declared the results of the MDCAT 2024 exam, held on Sunday.
