The court sought replies from the respondents by October 7.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier today, the Sindh High Court fixed a plea against the Sindh Building Control Authority for sealing Dr. Arif Alvi&#8217;s clinic in Karachi&#8217;s Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society.<\/p>\n<p>Petitoner&#8217;s lawyer Barrister Ali Tahir informed the court that the SBCA on Thursday sealed the dental clinic following complaints of\u00a0commercial activities being carried out in a residential area adjacent to Sharea Faisal.<\/p>\n<p>Alvi&#8217;s counsel Ali further added that the dental clinic was operationalized for a long time and no notice was issued before sealing the clinic, adding that the act was political revenge.<\/p>\n<p>According to SBCA, the dental clinic was built on a residential plot, which is illegal.
