Degree College Gilgit as a part of a series of seminars in public sector colleges across GB, aimed at identifying and nurturing talent.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Fareed Ahmed reaffirmed his commitment to transforming public sector colleges in the region.
