After administering the incorrect injection, Abdu Bakar\u2019s condition deteriorated, prompting his family to rush him to Jinnah Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>SHO Nasir Hameed from the Chuhang police station confirmed that a case under Section 319 has been filed, and an investigation is underway.
