In a video statement, Zain revealed that his father, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, advised him to go into hiding to avoid voting on the amendment.<\/p>\n<p>Zain emphasized that he would never support the amendment, labeling reports of his support as &#8220;baseless propaganda.&#8221; He further explained that his father, who is currently imprisoned in Lahore, instructed him to oppose the amendment at all costs.<\/p>\n<p>This development highlights the ongoing tensions within PTI and the broader political landscape of Pakistan. The party&#8217;s stance on the constitutional amendment has been clear, and any deviation from this stance is seen as a serious breach of discipline.
