Dr Sara Gill said that the theme of this year&#8217;s Hijra Festival is &#8220;Identity of Transgender People&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>She announced that the Hijra Festival would be held on November 9 at the Frere Hall in Karachi and a rally would be held before the start of the festival.<\/p>\n<p>Bandia Rana said that through the festival, they will also present their demands to the government, including allocation of job quota for transgenders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The transgender community in Karachi has announced the second Hijra Festival.
