Doctors initially diagnosed him with allergic rhinitis but later identified a foreign object in his nasal passages.<\/p>\n<p>Yang Rong, an otolaryngologist at the hospital, explained, \u201cDuring nasal endoscopy, we discovered a foreign object \u2013 a white lump filled with secretions. Upon removal, it turned out to be a two-centimeter cube, which had become partially eroded due to its long-term residence in the nasal cavity.
