He managed to embezzle Rs3.5 million, including Rs1.4 million obtained on the pretext of the minister\u2019s involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Burhan claimed to have connections in the minister\u2019s office, taking advantage of this alleged influence to manipulate his victims.
