Additionally, an email and a dedicated website are also available for submitting feedback and suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said that the new QR code system complements the existing complaint procedure and aims to provide passengers with a faster and more efficient means of communication. \u201cThis initiative ensures immediate contact with passengers, allowing the management to resolve issues more effectively,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<p>The QR codes have been strategically placed in high-traffic areas of the airport for easy access. The system has been designed with a user-friendly interface, which enables passengers to easily lodge complaints or suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>For further convenience, passengers can also visit the airport\u2019s official website https:\/\/islamabadairport.com.pk and click on the \u201cE-complaint\u201d section to submit their feedback.
