{"id":61255,"date":"2025-01-03T11:33:03","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T06:33:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=61255"},"modified":"2025-01-03T11:33:03","modified_gmt":"2025-01-03T06:33:03","slug":"eight-injured-after-hospitals-lift-collapses-in-lahore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/lahore\/eight-injured-after-hospitals-lift-collapses-in-lahore\/","title":{"rendered":"Eight injured after hospital&#8217;s lift collapses in Lahore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: Eight women were injured with one in critical condition when the lift of a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/lahores-mayo-hospital-stops-cardiac-health-care-due-to-financial-issues\/\">private hospital<\/a>, located at the Main Boulevard in Lahore&#8217;s Iqbal Town, collapsed on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital administration confirmed that the women had reached the Al-Shafi hospital to inquire about the health of some patients.<\/p>\n<p>Police said that the lift suddenly malfunctioned and collapsed inside the duct from probably the hospital&#8217;s second floor, which resulted in the injury of eight women including one seriously hurt.<\/p>\n<p>They were later identified as Yasmin, Sobia, Farrah, Shumaila, Naila, Sameera, Sadia, and Goshi.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital staff alerted the police regarding the incident.
